CEPEB is a multispecialty polyclinic offering psychology, psychiatry, aesthetic surgery, nutrition and physical therapy under one roof. The challenge was communicating this complexity clearly — without overwhelming potential patients — while positioning the clinic as the premium choice in its market.
The previous online presence was fragmented, slow and generic. There was no clear hierarchy between specialties, no SEO strategy, and no visual identity that reflected the quality of care actually provided.
Discovery & Audit
Deep analysis of the existing digital presence, competitor landscape and patient search behavior. Identified five key priority areas for SEO and UX improvement.
Architecture & Strategy
Built a content architecture that separated each specialty clearly while maintaining a unified brand voice. Mapped all patient journeys from first search to booking.
Design & Development
